It produces a highly scrubbable high-sheen surface that holds up under heavy foot traffic for many years. Made in USA.NOTE: Due to hot tire pickup, this product is not suitable for garage floors or driveways.Like all premium quality paints, Ecos paint is thick and rich, and it hides very well. It applies with either brush or roller, leaving a beautiful smooth, even finish.

Use on new or old concrete porches or decks. Three coats are recommended for most porches. 24 hours between coats.

One coat will cover apx. 430 SF.
